Taking a moment out of your life to centre

into balance. Whatever it is you like doing
that gives you feelings of calm and relaxation,
take a moment to do that to re-balance your
personal space. I will often grab a good
book and run myself a hot bath filled with
my favourite bubbles to re-balance. |
